Yogini Annie, Viva Dance and Yoga, has been teaching yoga since 2020 after completing her yoga teacher training at Blue Osa, Costa Rica und​er the mentorship of Yogi Aaron. Directly after completion, she was the teacher training assistant, specializing in guiding the morning meditation and helping her students correct their posture in their asana practice.

She has taught yoga in NYC and DC ever since and will be teaching at her first out of the country retreat at the end of March where she has been invited to guide practice at the Kizomba Mansion Retreat hosted by DJ Sink.

Her dance background reinforces her understanding of posture queues and she understands that each body has a unique perspective on a healthy range of motion.

Happiness, she believes, is an inside job, and her intention is to help students reinforce their mind/body connection.

Price of the drop-in class is $25 for 1 hour. $100 for 5 class series. You save $25 (free for first class when you sign up). Only 6 can join at this time. Every Wednesday at 8AM for 5 series.
